Skull & Chest Juice Dump

After gabajillion years of absence I think I'm back. I know it's not very surprising seeing me update the blog out of the blue coz I'm not really a type of person who updates blog regularly but I'm trying my hardest to have something to talk to in my blog though. Anyways, a week had past since I've finished my Red Cross Training and it was definitely worth it man!! If someone will invite me to do it over and over again I will do it again. It's a really fun experiences specially the rescue exercise. It's like a breath of fresh air from our confined discussion of everything inside the classroom. My 6 days training paid off really well when our lecturers gave me an award, well more on a recognition thingy for my excellence in first aid. Hahahaha.. First aid yo!! that is ma shizz!!

Last Monday my training under the Philippine Red Cross has started and it will end this Saturday. Actually the emergency/first aid training isn't new to me since we've already discuss a lot of them in the nursing subjects I've been studying for four years so the lecture time of our Rec Cross teachers has been cut coz it's very easy to discuss everything with us. This is the time that knotting, folding, twisting, being neat and everything is needed; specially in bandaging. The good thing about this training is that we're kinda reviewing everything we've studied from the past and adding something more to it. I'm not saying I'm good in bandaging because a simple square knot is such a trouble to me back then. The fun part? EVERYTHING!! hahaha.. Everyone is familiar with the power of music and it's power can never be surpasses by any kind earthly power we have. The expression it express, the scene it shows, the feeling it shares to you, the story it tells you without even a word and the motion that carries you while listening to one. The magic of music can never be surpassed by any kind of sorcery or spell. I'm a music lover and only few people knew that I love classical and instrumental music (specially the movie soundtracks) more than any genre of music there is in the world because the experience I obtain from listening to one is beyond my English vocabulary. I mean it's like when I am listening to these kind of music every peace of musical notes, every beat of the drum carry me away from my room and instantly transport to a new world, a new place with all my senses feeling every bit of that world, and my skin is feeling everything that it expresses.

.As you may know or not know I've recently watched the film "It's Kind of a Funny Story". I wouldn't put it on the teen movie category but it's close. The film talks about teenage life without focusing more on the school issues, family issues or whatever issues teens or rather youths are experiencing right now at their age. I think the film is more on the inside approach. The film goes like this.

Oohhh!! I can already feel it!! FIESTA IS COMING, it's really coming!!!! Every February 1st 'till 3rd our town celebrates a fiest, a fiest for our patron saint Our Lady of Candles also known as Nuestra Senora de Candelaria . The town will be filled with street dances, parties, never ending eating sessions and some prayer vigils. Actually this is the time where people can go to someone's house and eat there until they're full and can no longer stand up. No one will stop you from eating really, it'll be very rude if you wont eat at all to tell you the truth.. hahaha.. XD Anyways, my family just finished cooking Ube Halaya  which is going to be served at the fiesta. It is made of Purple Yam which is called Ube here, sugar and milk, basically just like a jam or something but it's really nice to eat coz it's so soft and it feels like it's melting in your mouth. It's hard to come out from my comfort zone and whenever I do come out I feel like I could fly or somehow I feel like I'm free that I don't want to go back. I don't know really but the thrill of having a new thing in front of you gives me the bad and the good feeling. hahaha.. XD

I maybe high sometimes and always do some all nighter with friends online but doing night shift is something different really. It's not just mere staying all night chatting or watching a movie together until the sun shine to your face; it's working all your body parts all night without even a rest even if you want to. For the next 2 weeks (6 days, 3 days a week) my circadian rhythm will once again be shattered and messed up; night will be day and day will be night and all in between shall be as blur as a DSLR who had lost focused of it's subject.
